Eligibility and Offer Period

1. You can apply for this Special Offer, if, on the day we first publish it, you have an existing MO-Call account. The Friend Referral Credit Bonus is available to you for any referrals made between 00.01 hours on 1st January 2010 and 23:59 hours on 30th June 2010.

2. You will be eligible for the Friend Referral Credit Bonus for any friend you refer before June 30th who registers within 30 days of your referral and subsequently purchases MO-Call credit.

For each referral that meets these requirements, you will receive a Friend Referral Credit Bonus once the successful purchase has been confirmed by Morodo. You must be a paying MO-Call customer in order to benefit from the Referral Credit Bonus.

3. You may refer friends online at www.mo-call.com or www.mo-call.hk. Your referrals must top-up using the online payment methods available at www.mo-call.com or www.mo-call.hk.

4. Morodo reserves the right to refuse award of Referral Credit bonuses where a new customer has made a fraudulent transaction. Morodo reserves the right to clawback Referral Credit bonuses where such Referral Credit bonuses have originated through fraudulent transactions.

5.The “Refer a friend” promotion is intended to promote MO-Call to new customers and reward customers who spread the MO-Call message. Any misuse or abuse of the promotional campaign may result in suspension of your service without warning or refund.

6. Under this Special Offer, we will credit your MO-Call account with free calling credit at 09:00 hours (GMT) the day following your referrals first top-up.
