MO-Call only bills you for messages when delivery has been confirmed by the recipient's Mobile Network. If you sent an SMS that couldn't be delivered to the recipient's Mobile Network, you will not be billed for that message. You can check your Call and SMS records any time.
The billing of an SMS can take up to one hour after a delivery to appear in your “Call and SMS records”. Delivery may be delayed if the recipient has switched off their mobile or is outside network coverage. In these cases MO-Call attempts to re-send SMS until delivery is confirmed. MO-Call will stop attempting to send SMS if no delivery receipt is received within seven days of you sending the message.
MO-Call will be providing SMS from mobile and desktop applications very soon. Bookmark our Blog or sign-up to our RSS feed to make sure you don't miss our announcement.
